Ben loves Big Blue- he loves going to games and he loves the Aggies. The other night we were over at Hayley's and her kids were going to the game and I wasn't up for taking the boys by myself so I told Ben on Saturday you can go with Daddy, well he remembered and reminded everyday - "On Saturday I'm going to the Aggie game with Daddy"
This was Jeffrey's first Aggie shirt and now I think all the grandkids have warn it at. Pretty cute

Well do you think we're related! Hopefully he wont suck them until he's 11 like his momma!

a BACKHOE TRACTOR!!! Every morning when Ben would find his elf on the shelf, he would tell him I want a backhoe tractor! Very specific luckily Santa found him one.

Summer Fun

High School buddies, we are all due one week apart, I am first Oct 9 then Kaycee and then AndraBen's 2nd Birthday, his truck cake that started to sink by the time we ate it, but it was still pretty cute and Ben thought it was great.
We headed up to Park City for a couple of days. It was a great little get-a-way. We even got to take Ben on the Alpine slide
We went to the Preston Rodeo, Ben's favorite part was riding this car. When it stopped he laid on the grass and bawled, our first temper tantrum! Pretty funny

Much needed update! CHANGES!

Well here is the reason I have been a blog slacker, WE MOVED! It all happened pretty quick. We put our house up on the MLS wednesday night and had a full price offer Friday. I was sad to leave our old house because we literally put our heart and soul into fixing it up but Danny and I had been looking at this house for months before we even thought about selling our house. Luckily the people had to sell it so here we are. The best part is the kids wont have to share a bedroom and all we've had to do it paint. Also I've got lots of yard work so don't look to closely - that is still to come.
Danny stole my awesome office. In the mist of moving Danny had a company contact him and wanted him to come work for them. It is based out of Sweden with US offices in Oregon so he works from home when he is home - he travels A LOT! This should be fun when baby number 2 arrives, well see how I manage. Anyways we figured while we were making changes we would just keep going.

Ben's room, the stripes took me quite some time but I think they turned out cute and something fun and different for a kids bedroom. I was able to reuse the roman shade I made for his old room - it was a swear word project, I had to make it bigger and roman shades on a window that size, well they shouldn't be done, that's all I'll say about that.
Our bedroom, not a great picture but we love having an attached bathroom and a big closet.
One of the best parts of the new house is the amazing view in our back yard. When we showed my dad the house all he had to say was you can see the "A" I'm sold!
Ben moved into a big boy bed this month. He has done great, our only problem is we can't get him to go to bed at night because he says up looking at books.
Speaking of changes, I sure I didn't look like that a year ago! This was actually on the 4th so I'm sure I'm bigger now. As my nephew Drew says to me each time he sees me "getting bigger"
